Brittany S. Fuller, MD
Brittany S. Fuller, MD, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is currently completing a fellowship in cardiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, with plans to pursue additional training in interventional cardiology. She will be completing her final year of fellowship with chief fellow honors. Dr. Fuller is a Detroit native, having attended medical school at Wayne State University and completed residency at Henry Ford Hospital. She is currently involved in research in both interventional and structural heart disease with recent interests in pregnancy and cardiovascular disease. She has presented research at both local and national conferences and is honored to be an author of this monograph.

Michelle Doughty Voeltz, BS, MD, FACC
Michele Doughty Voeltz, BS, MD, FACC, is an interventional cardiologist and interventional cardiology fellowship program director at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit, Michigan. A Detroit native, Dr. Voeltz attended medical school at the University of Michigan as part of the Inteflex program (1993-2000). She went on to complete her residency, general cardiology fellowship, and interventional cardiology training at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia (2000-2007). Dr. Voeltz remained on faculty at Emory University until 2011, when she was beckoned by the magnetism of the Detroit area once again. She joined the Henry Ford Medical Group in July 2011, where she serves as a teacher, mentor, program director, and attending physician. Her academic interest is cardiovascular disease in pregnancy, and she works closely with departments of maternal-fetal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology to evaluate and treat high-risk pregnancies. Recently, she has expanded her expertise to include the effects of pregnancy-related complications on long-term cardiovascular risk. Dr. Voeltz enjoys reading, home improvement, and community service. She has five children of her own and also has taken on a new role as a foster parent.
